Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Sale items and certain products (fragrances, intimate items) are final sale.

How to Return

1. Sign in to your account and go to your Orders page.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click "Return Item" and select a reason.
4. Print the prepaid return label.
5. Pack the item securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
